I have spent much of the day trying to locate the exact source for that 30% number, and it seems it is in a file on a computer that is covered with dust in the attic right at this moment. However, I do believe it was from John Lannon&#039;s textbook, Technical Communication, published by Pearson. I&#039;ll keep looking and let you know if I do find it for sure.
