Coaching
It’s simply overwhelming (and not so simple): social networking, text messaging, blogging, LinkedIn, social bookmarking, Facebooking, and now there’s Pinterst and Tumblr. And this is just the proverbial tip of the iceberg floating around out there. Understanding and keeping these new apps straight is one thing. Writing for them is something yet again.
One bottom line persists, however. Can you guess what that is? It’s WRITING. Here is my mantra, and I suggest you might want to adopt it as yours:
Never before have we been so defined by our writing skills. If you can’t write well, face it, your chances of impressing those you need to impress are reduced – big time.
Improving your writing skills can occur in the classroom, but the best way is to work one-on-one with a coach who can meet you where you, are and take it from there. Getting individual feedback on your writing is invaluable, and we are very good at doing that in a positive, constructive and nurturing way.
