Huh?
Now it’s pretty obvious that technology is affecting all of us in a big way. It is, after all, the tool (other than face-to-face) for communication.
Now, think about this: think about your ability to multi-task — i.e. having 5 windows on your desktop open at once, going back and forth among them, writing, playing Solitaire, talking to your friends, working on your budget, and so on. I myself am more of a one task at a time sort of girl, but still, whether 1 or 10, somehow we are being biologically affected by our involvement with computers and technology. Will eyes eventually become immune to strain? Will the electricity in the brain be able to deal with 5, or more, intense foci at a time? Will the muscles in the wrists and hands change to prevent carpal tunnel?
